Westway Construction is a property development company with over 30 years’ experience in developing and repurposing commercial and residential properties for and with investors.
Initially when Westway approached Renowned, they specialised in providing residential construction services to homeowners.
We was tasked to rebrand the existing company, build a new website platform which was targeted at architects, private investors, and institutional banks as Westway’s new business direction was to source new build projects and have joint ventures with private investors as well as obtain funding to develop their own sourced projects.
The website experience needed to be intuitive and break the construction industry moulds of displaying high-end builds. We rebranded the company, created digital assets and got to work on the visual content required to ensure the emotion and experience was delivered on point.
The desktop website takes the user through the companies services in a manner which allows them to touch on key senses and experiences.
We planned and executed the photography and production within restricted time frames, becoming emotionally connected which allowed us to harness the concept of attention to detail and deliver, as promised.
