They operate from their own UK based call centre staffed by their own people. All of our service providers are independent, time served and fully compliant with all modern legislation and understand the needs of our customers.
Having successfully completed the rebrand and website development, Nationwide Fleet Services wanted to digitise fleet vehicle booking and breakdown requests & reporting by allowing fleet drivers to report their issues via a smartphone.
They wanted to be the the UK’s First Independent Fleet Support Provider To Release An iPhone & Android App For Vehicle Booking & Breakdown Requests.
After holding several workshop meetings with Nationwide’s Fleet Services fleet software developers, we fully understood the breakdown & recovery process, and the internal systems of Nationwide Fleet Services and how they provide the services to their clients.
Nationwide Fleet Services main client was Royal Mail, who they exclusively provide breakdown and recovery services to. Due the size of this contract, we had to develop a away to automate the breakdown process so it became more efficient and less human error was needed, and we had to ensure the hundred of thousands of drivers can use the app to report a breakdown or recovery they need.
We help workshop meetings with Royal Mail’s internal software developers as had to build a system where the breakdown request would go Nationwide Fleet Services system and then report back to Royal Mail with a daily summary of the assistance provided. We built multiple API’s that integrated with all systems and designed and built two native apps on the iPhone and android platforms that allowed their drivers to report breakdowns and recovery via their smartphones.
We cannot thank Inaam and his team, for the ingenious technology they developed for our company. Even after they carried out detailed testing, on the soft launch of the apps we did not experience any issues and our client Royal Mail are so thankful for the new apps we made as the drivers are very happy with the new solution.
